Incredibly rough & heavy handed on exams. Watched him judge a variety of breeds at Westminster. Apparently does not consider the breed Standards at all as his picks could barely reach the level of mediocre. The dogs ability to move, structure & ability to do the job (Working breeds!!) for which they should be bred plays no part whatsoever in his selections.

Watched him for almost a full day. He continuously picks the dogs that are shown by the handlers that have had his ear. He does not follow the standard when it comes to expression or movement. The saddest and most mediocre dogs were his picks because of who was on the other end of the lead.

VERY heavy handed on the exam. Spends a great deal of time looking everywhere except at the dogs in the ring (especially if friends are ringside). Consistently finds the mediocre exhibit.

He selected a dog with structure and movement issues over multiple better examples. Most exhibitors are of the opinion that he was political.

I liked this judge & I am an OH, he looked at the dogs & this was a big entry with several PH. He looked for movement & will show to him again

had you move on a triangle & then another down & back, appreciated good movement in the classes, but went with flash over substance for breed.

Noticed that he perfers to be safe and picks dogs with known handlers. Wouldn't waste my money.

He recently put up a handler with a blue bitch with very wide front for WB. I got reserve so I'll try showing to him again. He was very patient while setting dog on table.

Fair judge, but it was a small entry.

We've shown to this judge twice....won once, lost once. Both times he did a great job. He's considerate, professional, judges the dog...not the handler...makes good choices.

We did not win under this judge but feel that we were given a fair shot. The dog that won was very nice. Will show to him again.

did a fair job picking what he likes but only likes fluffy stuffies with lots of coat, bulky bodies, short legs. Also doesn't care about bad tails.

very nice judge, very considerate of exhibitors and knows what he is looking for and picks it consistantly.

An average judge, fairly new to both of my breeds. When faced with having to judge dogs did an average job. When faced with friends/well known dogs, could be political
